This will download a small application required on your PC, complete the download saving the application onto your PC, then double click on the downloaded file.
then click Run, you may well get a second pop up from Internet explorer warning you that you running an executeable from a site, click run

you'll get a remote connect window pop up that looks like this:

Click on OK to connect.
We'll then have full control of your PC.
